Halcyon Rebirth: - Enjoyable from the very first page

I loved this book. I am not a writer myself, but I’m sure a lot of writers can identify with Gabriel’s life as a struggling writer. Author Morgan Sales then takes that very relatable story and spins it within a fantastical narration of enchantment and witchcraft. This story was enjoyable from the very first page. It is plotted well and I was engrossed as the reader. I’m wondering what will happen next!

Very enjoyable read with a fantastically composed plot and very likeable characters.
Interesting storyline going well with the innovative writing style.

The Haunting of a Lord: - Entertaining follow-up novella

This is the follow-up to The Halycon Rebirth, and the down-to-earth hero Gabriel Jones is sent to investigate strange goings-on at a mysterious manor house. It's a novella, so has the feel of a decent episode of Morse (with a few demons thrown in) unlike the longer Halycon Rebirth. Not sure about Sales' grip on English aristocracy, which could of course be tongue in cheek and I chose to take it as such, but it's an entertaining and at times eerie tale which could provide a good start to a series of similar novellas. Would like to see more of the characters introduced in Halcyon Rebirth next time.

The Haunting of a Lord: - Well worth a read

This novella is a brilliant continuation from 'Halcyon Rebirth' and a fantastically written story of the next challenge facing Gabriel Jones. Very well written with interesting characters. All in all an interesting read well worth a try!

The Haunting of a Lord: - Ghost hunter Gabriel returns!

An enjoyable fast paced ghostly follow up story to Halcyon rebirth featuring the likeable Gabriel Jones on a new supernatural mission.Good dialogue and a great plot.definitely worth a read!
